Intercepted Chats reveal, J&K SPO killings instructed ISI
Recently, the government of India had made the decision to call off talks between external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj and Pakistani counterpart, Shah Mahmood Qureshi on the sidelines of United Nations General Assembly due to the J&K SPO killings.
It has been found out through intercepted messages that ISI was involved in this issue. ISI handlers based in Pakistan directed their foot soldiers in Kashmir. They were ordered to abduct and kill special police officers of Jammu and Kashmir police.
Sources from Indian intelligence agencies have revealed that the reason for the dramatic reversal of decision were these intercepted messages. These messages from Pakistan gave specific and pinpointed instructions to terrorists based in J&K. These messages were chillingly specific. They identified the victims name. The terrorists had also been ordered to spare a civilian whom they had previously captured.
Indian agencies were given little to no chance of intervening in the event of the J&K SPO killings. As per the instructions of the Pakistan-based handlers, the deaths unfolded quickly.
The bodies of the three abducted SPOs were recovered from an orchard. They have been identified as Nisar Ahmad, Firdous Ahmad and Kulwant Singh. The brother of an SPO, Fayaz Ahmad Bhat was freed.
The Modi government took serious note of the involvement of Pakistan-based elements in the conducting of this terrorist operation in Jammu and Kashmir. That is the main reason why the meeting between the two foreign ministries was called off.
